Others are genuinely worried about how far AI will go, fearing the idea that AI can self-learn and, in turn, act. The idea that this technology has the capacity to think similar, if not better than human, strikes the concept that human jobs might become obsolete.
People on this side of the discussion fervently argue that strict mandatory regulations and oversight must be enacted for this to remain safe. In the wrong hands, as argued, they fear AI’s ability to take over the world. The human mind, they say, cannot be compared to algorithms of technology, and trusting a robot over a human is a hard concept to wrap the mind around.
