Coronavirus Lockdown – Millennium Group Computer Repairs

We recognize that your technology is currently your window of communication to the outside world. Due to the current lockdown, it is with regret that our Loveland, Co Computer repair store is closed to the public; however, we are still able to help you from 10 am and 3 pm Monday to Friday. 

We understand how important communications equipment is for those working from home or using technology to communicate with family and friends or using it for ordering necessary supplies online.  This is why we want to assure you that you have access to our local Loveland based computer repair services during the lockdown. 

We take all social distancing measures very seriously to ensure utmost safety during and while handing your equipment  for repairs.

We, therefore, ask you to prepare your equipment for handover:

  1. In the first instance, please complete an appointment form to let us know the nature of your problem and so that we can prepare adequately.
  2. Make sure your equipment is placed in a bag or a box for safe and quick handover. If the equipment has any accessories (such as any cables or chargers), please ensure to hand these over with your device.
  3. When you come to the Millennium Group computer repair shop at 1724 Topaz Dr. Loveland, CO 80537, please place your equipment by the door.
  4. Please allow our technician to collect your device from the doorway while keeping a safe distance.
  5. We will ensure that your equipment is sanitized with solution appropriate for your particular equipment and will ensure utmost sterilization before handing it back to you upon completion of the repairs. 
  6. When you come in to collect equipment, please notify us accordingly, and we will prepare your equipment ready to be collected from the shop doorway. Once again, we ask that you keep a safe distance at all times. 
  7. We will recommend what measures to take to sterilize your equipment upon receipt. Remember that not all sanitizing solutions are appropriate for screens, and therefore, please consult us.
  8. All payments will be processed online through our website.
